O Dexia Tower é o terceiro maior edifício da Bélgica, com 38 andares, mas apesar do seu tamanho, este destaca-se também pela sua luminosidade em toda sua extensão, com cerca de 145 metros de luz.
Este edifício tem um total de 6.000 janelas e atrás de 4.200 delas há uma instalação de iluminação que basicamente consiste em uma média de 12 lâmpadas, com três LEDs cada uma – uma verde, outra vermelha e a terceira azul , combinadas elas são capazes de criar uma paleta de cores completa.
