Essa casa em um jardim atrai visitantes com deliciosos legumes, frutas, ervas e flores. “Queremos seduzir as pessoas e fazê-los provar o jardim e a casa comestíveis” comenta o arquiteto. A casa horta chamada “EATHOUSE” tem um carácter temporário, que dura um verão. É por isso que todos os materiais utilizados podem ser reutilizada para uma nova temporada de EATHOUSE em um local diferente. Essa casa consiste em um sistema modular de caixas de plástico liso, em combinação com uma estrutura de andaime. Estas caixas são usados no setor agrícola para a colheita, transporte e exposição de frutas e legumes em combinação com um sistema de andaime. Com este sistema vertical verde torna-se acessível para todos; você pode fazer sua própria horta na parede da sua varanda ou no telhado de sua vertente do jardim!
