Esta construção amiga do ambiente é absolutamente compatível com as condições climáticas da Europa do Norte. É recomendado que estas casas modulares pré-fabricadas, sejam utilizadas no verão como casa de férias, pois não são muito adequadas para acomodar famílias inteiras.
